PROJECTS

Message Translation Flask App
I’m developing a messaging app using Python Flask, featuring real-time language translation powered by Google Translate and secured by PostgreSQL for efficient data management and password hashing. This project highlights my backend development skills, with RESTful API design and seamless integration of dynamic translation features.
Python Reddit Stories Scrapper Script
A Python script using the PRAW library to automate the extraction of stories from specific subreddits. The script interacts seamlessly with Reddit’s API, storing the stories in a designated directory to streamline content gathering for a Reddit-based YouTube channel. This automation project, emphasizing web scraping and API integration, is available on GitHub.
Password Generator in C++
Designed a random password generator using C++ by applying concepts from data structures and algorithms coursework. The program leverages the ctime library and vectors, utilizing custom functions to generate random ASCII characters, forming secure passwords. This project is focused on security and is hosted on GitHub.
Lord of The Rings Currency Convertor
Developed an iOS application using Swift and Xcode through a Udemy course to convert various Lord of the Rings (LOTR) currencies. The app features a user-friendly interface allowing users to select and convert between different currencies, with an option to swap conversion direction. This project, hosted on GitHub, enhanced my understanding of iOS development, UI/UX design, and mobile app deployment.
Jurassic Park Apex Predators App
Created an iOS application using Swift and Xcode via a Udemy course that catalogs Jurassic Park Apex Predators. The app enables sorting by movie appearance or alphabetically, filtering by terrain (land, air, sea), and searching with a search bar. Detailed profiles include images, movie appearance descriptions, Apple Maps locations, and links for more information. The app, which also features Dino stickers for iMessage, showcases skills in UI/UX design, CoreData management, and API integration. Hosted on GitHub.
C++ Data Structures and Algorithm Labs
Took the initiative to complete and host on GitHub all programming labs assigned throughout the semester, beyond the course requirements. These labs included foundational C++ concepts such as pointers, classes, and object-oriented programming (OOP), as well as advanced topics like implementing data structures (linked lists, stacks, queues) and algorithms (selection sort, bubble sort, merge sort). Collaborated with classmates by providing these resources on GitHub
